We represent domestic and international clients in the drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial documentation which include joint venture agreements, distribution agreements, share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements with a particular focus on dispute management and avoidance.

We are regularly instructed by local counsel to advise and represent clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes before leading arbitration institutions.
